Step 3: Enter the correct login credentials
Step 4: Remember to check the CONSENT tick box
Step 5: When prompted, change your password
Now if these didn't work, kindly follow the next steps:
-Try a different desktop browser
-Clear browser's cache and cookies
-Select Forgot Your Password?
-Enter your new password
